How we handle inquiries, office visits, and response times.
When is the best time to call?
Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific. We answer directly during business hours - no call center, no phone tree.
Do you respond to email over weekends?
Generally no. Emails sent Friday evening through Sunday are returned Monday morning. Urgent project issues are handled by your project manager directly, not through the main inbox.
Can I stop by the office?
Yes - we're on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills and happy to host project conversations in person. Call or email first so we can have the right person available.
What info should I include in my first email?
Project type (kitchen, bath, ADU, addition, custom home), project address or city, rough budget if you have one, and a sentence or two about scope. Links to inspiration photos or existing plans are a bonus.
How fast do you respond to new inquiries?
Within one business day. Most new inquiries get a same-day reply during business hours.
